The Sacred Crown Awards celebrates excellence, leadership, heritage, spirituality, wellness, and positive impact across Africa and beyond. Use this nomination form to recommend an individual, organisation, institution, community group, or brand that has demonstrated exceptional achievement within any of our award categories.
You may nominate someone you know personally, a public figure, a community leader, a business, a ministry, a traditional authority, a wellness practitioner, or any deserving nominee whose work has created meaningful impact.
Please provide accurate information and supporting evidence where possible to assist the judging panel in evaluating your nomination. Multiple nominations are permitted, and all submissions will be treated with professionalism and confidentiality.

Who can submit a nomination?
Anyone can submit a nomination, including individuals, organisations, institutions, community groups, customers, followers, colleagues, and members of the public.
Can I nominate myself or my organisation?
Yes. Self-nominations are accepted provided all information submitted is accurate and can be verified.
Is there a nomination fee?
No. Submitting a nomination is completely free.
Can I nominate more than one person?
Yes. You may nominate multiple individuals, organisations, or institutions across different categories.
Does the nominee need to know about the nomination?
No. However, informing the nominee may help if additional information is required during the assessment process.
What supporting documents can I upload?
You may upload documents such as:

What file types are accepted?
Common document and image formats such as PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, and PNG are accepted, subject to the upload limits displayed on the form.
How are nominations assessed?
Nominations are reviewed by the awards committee and judging panel based on achievement, impact, leadership, innovation, influence, community contribution, and relevance to the selected category.
Can a nominee be entered into more than one category?
Yes. Where applicable, a nominee may be considered for multiple categories if their achievements qualify.
Will all nominees become finalists?
No. Only shortlisted nominees who meet the judging criteria will proceed to the finalist stage.
Can I edit my nomination after submission?
Once a nomination is submitted, the nominee will receive an SMS notification informing them that they have been nominated for a Sacred Crown Award. All nominations will then be reviewed and evaluated by the awards committee.
If the nominee is successfully shortlisted as a finalist, they will be notified through SMS, email, and/or a phone call with further information regarding the awards process, finalist requirements, and event participation.
